Who they are
Tubol has sat on the Beer Sheva city council since 2013 and is deputy mayor with the environment portfolio, having led an independent Degel HaTorah municipal list to three seats. He holds degrees in education and education management, ran the Beit Yosef institutions for some fifteen years, co-founded United Hatzalah in the city, and distributes food baskets weekly to hundreds of families. He is a reserve combat soldier in Givati and served hundreds of days during the war. He resigned from Degel HaTorah to join Noam on 28 July 2026, the same day the Southern District Attorney charged him with two counts of assault over an incident at a petrol station in September 2024; he has not been tried, and the party said it stands behind him.

Jewish identity: Wants leadership faithful to the Torah, the people and the land of Israel.
Welfare and education: Presented by the party as a public figure from the ground up, combining educational, social and communal work.
