Abdallah is from Muqeibla. He coordinated Ta’al’s work in the Jezreel Valley and sat on its political bureau by 2016. He headed its student scholarship department in 2018, when it awarded grants for study in Jordan.

Electoral cooperation: In January 2019, supported a broad Arab electoral alliance and preserving the Joint List, putting shared representation ahead of narrow party interests.
Parliamentary influence: In a statement reported in September 2022, supported working inside the Knesset to influence decisions while maintaining Palestinian national principles.
