Who they are
Born in Tel Aviv in 1987 to a single mother, Green began organising as a schoolboy working at a coffee chain, founding the first workers' committee in Israel's restaurant and cafe sector. He was sacked for it, won reinstatement at the National Labour Court in 2007, then led a six-week strike that won a collective agreement. He co-founded Standing Together in 2015.
