Kaufman worked as a private banker at TBC Bank from 2011 to 2016, then led business development at Build to Suits until 2020. He was chief operating officer at Tama Jameson from 2020 to 2021 and headed corporate structure at Invest Squared from 2021 to 2023. He joined Beit Shemesh’s council in 2024.
