Who they are

Shuki Ohana, formally Yehoshua Ohana, was born in Safed in 1966. He retired from the IDF in 2007 at the rank of lieutenant colonel, after posts including company commander in Brigade 7 and a staff role in Northern Command. He sat on the Safed city council from 2008, chaired the city's Likud branch, and was mayor from December 2018 until March 2024.
