Who they are
Born in Jerusalem in 1977, he studied at the Kamenitz and Kol Torah yeshivas and sat on the Modi'in Illit city council. He moved to Bnei Brak and has been a deputy and then acting mayor there since 2013, holding transport and finance portfolios, and heads Degel HaTorah's municipal department, which coordinates the movement's work in local authorities.
