Who they are

Katz, a Vizhnitz hasid and son of Rabbi Tzvi Katz of the community, entered Elad politics at the October 2013 elections as the hasidut's representative on the city's united haredi list and served as a councilman with the education portfolio. He has directed the Vizhnitz Tzemach Tzadik institutions in Elad, a network of eight schools, since at least 2016.
