Who they are
Kaadan is a teacher from Baqa al-Gharbiyye. She sat on Ta’al’s central committee by 2009 and joined the municipality’s scholarship committee in 2017. She worked as administrative director of the city’s Al-Najah Tomashin secondary school by 2019.
