Who they are
Illouz was born in Canada in 1986 and studied law at McGill University. He moved to Israel in 2009, studied public policy at the Hebrew University and worked in the Foreign Ministry's international agreements department. He served on Jerusalem city council from 2018 to 2021 and entered the Knesset in 2023. He left Likud and joined Yisrael Beiteinu in 2026.
Positions and record
Haredi enlistment: Voted against the exemption bills, and lost his committee seats for six weeks over it.
Why he left Likud: Says the party became an execution contractor for Deri and Goldknopf, and that Netanyahu should go home.
