Positions and record

Education: Transfer more school-management powers to local councils, require transparency about outside providers and create a secular state-school stream.

Military service: Legislate freedom of conscience and equal access for women to every role. Integrate Haredim without weakening those rights and oppose separate secular units.

Local government: Give councils control over organisations operating in municipal institutions and prohibit ideological or missionary activity with minors without parental knowledge and consent.

Shabbat: Let local councils set transport, commerce and cultural policy according to local needs while protecting minority rights.

Public spending: Allocate public resources by need and professional criteria, with equal municipal funding and more investment in state education, culture, youth movements and civic services.
