Badalov took two law degrees at Bar-Ilan and practises as an attorney, having apprenticed on real-estate and commercial matters and earlier held senior management roles in a car company and a consumer-goods firm. He sits on the Elad city council, chairs its audit committee, and is deputy mayor of Elad and Otzma Yehudit's representative in the city.
