Who they are
Beliak was born in Kemerovo, Siberia, on 16 August 1973 and read engineering and economics at Kuzbass Technical University. He immigrated to Israel in December 1998 and guarded the Tel Aviv courthouse car park while learning Hebrew. He studied accounting at Tel Aviv University, qualified in 2005 and became a partner at Zohar Neumark and Co. He joined Yesh Atid in 2012 and entered the Knesset in January 2021.
