Vishingrad was called to the bar in 2008 and practises insolvency law, acting for debtors and serving as deputy chairman of the Israel Bar Association's insolvency committee. He heads Religious Zionism in Petah Tikva and is a deputy mayor of the city. He ran the party's national campaign headquarters at the 2022 election and has not sat in the Knesset.
