Who they are
Rafowicz was born in France in 1962. He studied law at Paris II and political science and international relations at the Hebrew University. He joined the IDF in 1985 and served as Northern Command spokesman and head of international media. He later headed the Jewish Agency delegation in Paris and advised immigration minister Sofa Landver in 2017.
