Who they are
Lifshitz grew up in Kibbutz Masada and became an electrician. He lived in the United States for 16 years, returned to Israel in 2005 and founded Brit Olam that year. He was living in Migdal in 2019 while remaining a member of Kibbutz Afikim.

Constitution: He said in February 2019 that the five books of the Torah should form Israel’s constitution, distinguishing this from a state governed by halakha or the oral law.
