Who they are
Rozin was born in Ramat Gan in 1969 and served as an education officer in the IDF. She spent the 1990s as a parliamentary aide, first to Yael Dayan and then to Naomi Chazan, and later directed the political work of the Jewish renewal organisation Panim. From 2008 to 2013 she was chief executive of the Association of Rape Crisis Centers in Israel. She first entered the Knesset in 2013.
Positions and record
Asylum seekers: In October 2013 Rozin called for asylum claims to be assessed and applicants to receive temporary work permits, allowing them to earn a living and settle beyond south Tel Aviv.
Sexual violence: In June 2022 Rozin backed longer deadlines for civil claims over sexual abuse and allowing survivors to sue people or institutions that negligently failed to protect them.
Religion & state: In her 2026 questionnaire, Rozin backed civil marriage and divorce, civil burial and ending the Chief Rabbinate’s monopoly.
Education: Rozin wants a single state education system for all children, stronger democracy and science teaching, and disclosure of all outside organisations entering schools.
Service: Rozin supports opening every military role to women and dedicated secular service units that protect soldiers from religious coercion.
