Who they are
Mordukhaev is a lawyer. He joined Ramla's committee on children and young people as a public representative in March 2018 and served on the city council by 2024. He moved from New Hope to Yisrael Beiteinu in July 2026.
Positions and record
Municipal employees: Voted in May 2024 to freeze cuts to municipal employees’ overtime hours. The proposal was defeated.
Local infrastructure: Supported an Israel Land Authority-funded expansion of development works in western Ramla in June 2024.
