Naim-Arman read politics and political science, then served as chief of staff to the transport minister and to the deputy defence minister. She was deputy director-general for community relations at NTA, the Tel Aviv mass-transit company, and went on to own a community-relations consultancy. She has been director-general of Together since its founding and built its network of more than 200 local branches.
