Who they are

Muter was born in Vitebsk, Belarus, and came to Israel in 1990. He lives in Ofra, read managerial accounting and information systems, and works as an IT project manager. He has sat on the Ofra settlement council and is a founding member of Zehut, standing seventh in its open primaries in 2019. He comments on politics in the Russian-language press and is a regular analyst on Channel 9.
