Who they are

Born in Galveston, Texas in 1954 and raised in Indiana, Pollard took a degree at Stanford and joined US naval intelligence in 1979. He was arrested in 1985 for passing classified American material to Israel, sentenced to life in 1987, paroled after thirty years in 2015, and settled in Jerusalem in 2020. He announced on 5 May 2026 that he was joining this party's Knesset run and dropped the bid within about two weeks, telling Arutz Sheva he had been overwhelmed with death threats from both the left and the right. He is no longer a candidate.

Positions and record

Gaza: Said he personally prefers the forcible removal of Gaza's residents, annexation, and repopulation.

National service: Said everyone in the country, Arabs and Jews, right and left, has to do mandatory national service.

Why he quit: Said party discipline meant he could not speak his mind, and that sitting outside it was more liberating.
