Who they are
Born in 1986, Alon lives in Jerusalem's Homat Shmuel and comes from the Har HaMor yeshiva community, whose Rabbi Zvi Tau is Noam's rabbinic authority. She is a mother of nine, has worked in education and in the running of educational institutions, and was a pedagogical instructor at Michlala Jerusalem College. She led Noam's Jerusalem branch and ran second on its 2023 municipal list, and afterwards advised the mayor on the city's schools. The 2026 announcement calls her the chief executive of a school network; the party's own 2023 candidate page described one large Jerusalem school, which no source names.
Positions and record
Special education: Her 2023 municipal platform put the rights of special-education pupils first, alongside programmes for teenagers outside school hours.
