Hayimov spent about three decades in education and community management before moving into business consulting. She founded The Diamond, a school and club for owners of small and mid-sized businesses in the religious sector, and holds a master's degree in organisational consulting. She lives in Sha'arei Tikva, is a mother of three and a grandmother, and is a sister of David Zini, who has headed the Shin Bet since October 2025. Her earlier career is on record only through the party's announcement, which says she was chief executive of the communities of Einav and Shavei Shomron, chaired Kiryat Netafim and the forum of Samaria community secretaries, and ran the boarding school at the Mikveh Israel youth village.
