Who they are
Born in 1970 to parents among the founders of the renewed Jewish community in Hebron, Libman grew up in Kiryat Arba and Beit Hadassah. He enlisted through the hesder track in 1988 and served as a commander in Golani's reconnaissance unit. He was Hebron's community security coordinator from 1992 to 2018 and headed the Kiryat Arba council from 2018 to 2024.
