Who they are
Malka was born and grew up in Kiryat Shmona. In 2018 he stood for its city council as the youngest candidate in that year's local elections in Israel. He is a member of Betar and a student in Reichman University's excellence programme in strategy and decision-making. He was among the founders of Lobby 1701, which campaigns for the northern border communities.
Positions and record
Northern economy: Calls for jobs, transport and cultural facilities to bring young residents back to the north. He proposed an international industrial zone on the northern border in an October 2025 interview.
Northern border security: Argues that a diplomatic agreement alone cannot secure the return of northern residents. He cited the failure to enforce UN Resolution 1701 and prevent Hezbollah from arming along the border.
