Who they are
Ben Avraham moved from Tajikistan to Netanya in 1991. She worked at the Galei Hasharon Hotel and later headed tuition administration at Beit Berl College. She chaired the culture and community committee at East Netanya's community centre. She joined Netanya City Council in 2024 and took responsibility for youth and youth movements.

Youth integration: In February 2026, called for more funding for youth movements to integrate immigrant children and include those whose families cannot afford participation.
Education: In February 2026, called for independent professional interpreters at school committee meetings involving immigrant children, so parents can understand and participate.
