Babad, a resident of the settlement of Eli, coordinated activities at the Liba Centre, an advocacy organisation for Jewish identity in the public sphere, from 2015 and directed it by June 2017. He has been director-general of the Noam party since at least 2023 and is one of its spokesmen.
