Who they are
Shem-Tov was born in Jerusalem in 1979, served as secretary-general and then chairman of Ale Yarok, and founded the Pirates in June 2012. He holds a doctorate from Binghamton University, represents Pirate Parties International at the United Nations, and lives in the United States, saying he will return if elected.
