Who they are
Miari graduated from Tel Aviv University and trained at Adalah. He has run a law practice in Jerusalem since 2004, specialising in torts and human rights. He joined Adalah’s audit committee in 2018 and serves on the Israel Bar’s Jerusalem district ethics committee.
Positions and record
Civil liberties: In December 2024, opposed restrictions based on police intelligence without a charge or conviction, arguing that existing criminal law was sufficient to tackle crime.
Anti-racism: In September 2026, called on community institutions and rights groups to coordinate monitoring and follow-up of anti-Arab attacks, arguing that individual legal cases alone were insufficient.
