Who they are
Flombaum-Katz studied economics at the Hebrew University and took an MBA at Tel Aviv University. She served in the Defence Ministry's budget division, then advised Israel's OECD ambassador in Paris. She worked in international tax at EY before serving as Ramat Gan's mayoral chief of staff in 2018. She joined Yisrael Beiteinu in August 2026 while a Ramat Gan councillor.
